Kaew and her brother, Kob, live in a slum with their alcoholic father, and their mother abandoned them due to their bad financial situation, her husband's incessant drinking, and philandering. Kaew and her best friend, Toom, the daughter of the community's chairman and owner of a boxing camp, work hard to keep the village's kids out of trouble. Kaew's father introduced a new wife into the house along with the wife's younger brother, who's always looking for opportunities to insult Kaew.
